Wes Anania is entering his first season as a member of the University of North Georgia women's soccer coaching staff and brings a wealth of collegaite coaching experience to the table. 

He served as the head women's soccer coach at NCAA Division III Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama from 2009-2011.  At HC he mentored seven Great South Athletic Conference All-Conference selections and 13 All-Academic honorees.  Anania led the Lady Hawks oto the school's first-ever berth in the GSAC Championship Tournament in 2011. 

Prior to his stint at HC, Anania served as an assistant coach at fellow Peach Belt member University of Montevallo where he aided the club to a 15-6 record and 2008 NCAA Divison II Regional appearance. 

As a student-athlete at Montevallo, Anania lettered in men's soccer and served as an Athletic Senator in the Student Government Association.  He also served as a member of the Junior Board of Directors at UM. 

Anania, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Health Promotion, has most recently served on staff at the Darlington School Soccer Academy in Rome, Georgia.

Anania resides in Norcross, Georgia and will pursue his Masters in Physical Education at UNG.
