2011 (Junior) – Made 14 starts as part of the starting rotation during the 2011 season recording a 7-3 record…posted a Peach Belt best 1.76 ERA as opponents hit .201 against him…Led the Saints with seven wins and 102.1 innings pitched as he only gave up 20 XBH and did not allow a home run all season…Tallied three complete games including the shutout of #21 ranked Armstrong Atlantic on May 8…Posted 88 strikeouts during the season including three double digit strikeout performances as he had 11 punch outs in 6.0 innings at Lander University on March 25, and 11 more strikeouts against Augusta State on April 16, in 8.0 innings of work…Named First-Team Southeast All-Region by the ABCA and Daktronics while earning First-Team Peach Belt All-Conference and Peach Belt All-Tournament Team honors.

2010 (Sophomore) – Played and started in 13 games…Had an ERA of 4.23 and a record of 6-4 overall…in 78.2 innings of work, opponents hit .285 against him in 305 at-bats while striking out 51 times against the righ-hander…allowed 37 earned runs, 25 walks, and three stolen bases…pitched two complete games against Lander University on March 27 and Francis Marion on April 10…in the complete game against Lander University, Hobby picked up the win after striking out 10, allowing six hits, and three earned runs…played his way to a perfect fielding percentage of 1.000 with 22 chances, three putouts, and 19 assists…named Second-Team Peach Belt All-Conference and received ABCA/Rawlings Southeast Region Gold Glove honors.

2009 (Freshman) – Named the Peach Belt Conference Freshman of the Week during the 2009 season...Tossed back-to-back complete game shutouts against Georgia Southwestern and Flagler College...appeared in 21 games with four starts…had a 5.43 ERA with a 6-4 record and one save…had 48 strikeouts in 56.1 innings pitched while opponents hit .281 against him

High School – played under head coach Joey Hiller at Tattnall Square Academy...member of all-state 1st team in 2007 and 2008, and all-star AAA team in 2008 (GISA)...named to all-region team in baseball 2006 through 2008, and football and basketball all-region in 2008...named MVP of high school baseball team in junior year, Subway player of the week for football, and honor student sophomore year...recipient of All Middle Ga award from newspaper in 2007 and 2008 for baseball, awarded for most points kicked in a single season and career for football and also tied the most touchdown receptions, and awarded best defensive player in junior year for basketball...won GISA AAA state championship for baseball in 2005 and 2008 and football championship in senior year...
