DAHLONEGA, GA - The Saints picked up two more wins on Senior Night-Tuesday, sweeping Georgia College 2-1 and 8-1 in Peach Belt doubleheader action at Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium.

Also coming through on senior night was Hilary Cox, who also finished 2-for-3 in the game.
The two seniors combined for four of the six North Georgia hits.
The offense struggled in the first game, but got a dominating performance from Dickie to take the early game of the doubleheader.
Game 2: North Georgia 9 Georgia College 1 (5 innings)
The offense heated up in game two, as the Saints pounded out seven hits and scored nine runs, for their eighth eight-run rule victory of the season.
Harden led the way again with three RBI's, despite only finishing with one hit. Harden finished just 1-for-1 at the plate, but drew three walks in the game.
Krysten Connelly (2-1) shut down the Bobcats to earn her second win of the season. Connelly allowed just one earned run while only surrendering six hits.
While playing a stellar two games defensively, Karlie Gillam went 2-for-3 in game two, accounting for two RBI's and a run scored. Gillam hit a two-run home run, her fifth of the season.
Cox also added an RBI going 1-for-2 on her 2012 senior night.
The No. 13-ranked Saints won their fifth consecutive game, including two sweeps over Augusta State and Georgia College.
Head Coach Mike Davenport picked up his 500th career victory with the sweep. In just 12 and a half years, coach Davenport has already reached this astonishing milestone. He has averaged 40 wins a season in his very successful tenure at North Georgia.
Seniors Pilar Harden, Jessica Coan and Hilary Cox were all honored after the game as part of the 2012 senior night celebrations.
The class will leave as one of the most successful if not the most successful classes in school history. They combined for a Peach Belt record of 63-7 so far, with still games remaining on the schedule. They have made three straight NCAA College World Series appearances, and have an opportunity to go all four years of their college career if they were to do so this year.
North Georgia will now play UNC Pembroke on Thursday night in PBC doubleheader action. Game one is scheduled for 6:00 PM with game two following at 8:00 PM.
