Beusse Named to All-PBC Second Team, Davis Picks up Sportsmanship Award

MONTEVALLO, Ala. – North Georgia College & State University women's cross country runners Emily Beusse and Sallie Davis have picked up plaudits following the 2012 Peach Belt Conference Championships. 

Beusse, who led the Saints to an eighth-place team finish with a time of 23:22.23, was named to the PBC All-Conference Second Team. 

Davis knocked off a minute from her 6K time to finish in a time of 25:35.48 and was named to the PBC's All-Sportsmanship Team. 

The Saints will continue training for the next two weeks leading up to the 2012 NCAA Division II Southeast Region Championships held in Charlotte, N.C. on Saturday, Nov. 3.
