coach Tom Cantrell has announced that the final regular season home
stand of the year against Truett-McConnell College will serve as
senior night and Bob Stein Stadium Dedication Day.
Against Truett-McConnell on April 24, 2010, the Saints will take time before the 6:00 p.m. game to honor the seniors, and will follow on April 25, before the 2:00 p.m. contest to dedicate Bob Stein Stadium in its second year as home to the Saints.
The Saints have 28 home games on the schedule in 2010, and will look to make their second NCAA Tournament in the last three years. Last season in a heavily favored home schedule, the Saints were 22-14, while posting a 12-10 mark away from Bob Stein Stadium.
North Georgia’s 50-game slate opens February 5th, hosting Pfeiffer University for a three-game weekend series, while the regular season will wrap up in St. Augustine, Florida, taking on Flagler College for a trio of games.
