DAHLONEGA, GA – North Georgia baseball head coach Tom Cantrell has announced a change in the final game of the regular season, moving Senior Day and Emory University back to May 2, at 7:00 p.m.

The annual matchup between the Saints and Eagles has been moved back a day due to Emory being forced to reschedule a make-up date with Birmingham Southern on May 1.

North Georgia is 11-6 all-time against Emory, as the in-state counterparts will square off for the 18th time in program history next month.

The Saints will look to pick up their second straight weekend series victory at Montevallo on Saturday and Sunday as North Georgia makes a push for a No. 3 seed in the upcoming PBC Tournament. The Saints and Falcons will battle in a doubleheader on Saturday afternoon, following up a single game on Sunday.

Following a weekend series in Alabama, North Georgia will make their way to Tallahassee, Florida, to take on the Top-ranked Seminoles of Florida State. Ranked No. 1 in the latest USA Today/ESPN Coaches' Poll, Florida State is currently 27-6 on the season and making a run for the Atlanta Coast Conference Regular Season Championship. First pitch at Dick Howser Stadium is slated for 6:00 p.m. next Wednesday evening.
