Cheer Squad Takes Second at PBC Tournament

DAHLONEGA, GA – The North Georgia College and State University Cheerleaders took second place at the 2009 Peach Belt Conference Championships in Aiken, South Carolina this past weekend.

The squad, who placed third at last year’s competition, fell short behind Columbus State who has won the annual competition for the last nine years.

The Saints cheerleading squad is coached by Kim Fleming.  In Fleming’s two years at North Georgia she has led the Saints to second and third place in the Peach Belt Conference Championships.
