Welcome to the New Home of North Georgia Athletics

DAHLONEGA, GA – The North Georgia Sports Communications office launched a brand new website at SaintsSports.com on Wednesday morning, giving fans the latest features through the PrestoSports network.

“Our goal was to give North Georgia fans the best design in the country,” Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Communications David Beall said on Wednesday morning following the launch of the site. “We want fans to know they can always find the latest information at the official home of the Saints and Lady Saints.”

The new site features a dynamic look with a sports ticker, larger photos, scrolling advertisement, the latest schedules presented by Subway, and the Athlete of the Week featured by Moe’s Southwest Grill. Facebook is also integrated into the design, allowing fans to "like" articles and features without leaving the website.

We encourage you to browse the site, get familiar with the new features, and let us know what you think about the new design. We will continue to add pages in the coming weeks to give fans an inside look at North Georgia athletics in 2010-11.

Director of Broadcasting, Rusty Brown, will release videos to the site regularly with player interviews along with full game recaps with interviews and highlights. Check out the official home for the Saints Broadcast Network as the season will officially kick off next Thursday as the women’s soccer team travels to Lees-McRae.

The first home event of the 2010-11 season will be on Saturday, September 4, as the women’s soccer team welcomes Belmont Abbey to town for a showdown between the Lady Saints and Crusaders.
