Philip Skidmore is in his first year as a team manager under Tori Kostecki at North Georgia College and State University in 2011-12. 

Skidmore will assist in the everyday operations of the rifle program. His duties include range and equipment maintenance, team transportation and assisting with scheduling.

Philip was a walk-on to the Intercollegiate Rifle Team for the 2010-2011 season and contributed to the winning of their National Championship title that year.
