DAHLONEGA, GA – The National Fastpitch Coaches Association has announced the All-America Scholar-Athletes of 2007-08, and Kaelin Farrington, Jessica Skeels, and Kimberly Stercay were all named to the team.

The National Fastpitch Coaches Association is proud to recognize these student athletes for achieving a GPA of 3.5 or higher for the 2007-08 academic year. The awards will be presented at the NFCA National Convention in Marco Island, Florida on December 10, 2008.

North Georgia’s overall team GPA of 2.99 was second in the Peach Belt Conference as they placed eight players on the PBC Presidential Honor Roll.

The Saints will open their 2009 season at home, hosting Barton College and Mars Hill in the North Georgia Leadoff Challenge at the Softball Complex.
