Saints Meet Atlanta Media as Regional Play Looms

DAHLONEGA, GA
– With the start of the 2010 NCAA Division II Southeast
Regional just two days away, the Saints, ranked No. 1 in the
country each of the last 11 weeks, talked with member of the
Atlanta media about their undefeated season and march toward
another World Series appearance.
Atlanta television stations WSB-TV Channel 2, and Fox 5 made their
way to Dahlonega this afternoon and Haines & Carolyn Hill
Stadium to speak head coach Mike Davenport and the Saints about
their undefeated season and mindset heading into regional play this
weekend.
WSB-TV Channel 2 will air the coverage on Wednesday evening at
6:00 and 11:00 p.m., while Fox 5 will air their coverage on
Wednesday at 5:00 p.m., with an extended special on the evening
news at 10:00 p.m.
Follow North Georgia all weekend as the Saints welcome Francis
Marion, Carson-Newman, and Queens University town for the NCAA
Southeast Dahlonega Regional. Play starts Friday evening with game
one at 5:00 p.m., while the top-ranked Saints will take the field
at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets are $10.00 each session for adults and $5.00 each session
for students, while children under three are admitted free with a
paying adult. The North Georgia Sports Information office will
provide a full four-camera video broadcast of every game of the
Regional, while pitch-by-pitch live stats will cover each contest.
