DAHLONEGA, GA - Catalina Olarte has been named the Moe's Southwest Grill North Georgia Athlete of the Week after pacing the women's golf team at the Montevallo Invitational in Calera, Alabama, the Sports Communications office announced on Tuesday evening.

The Manizales, Colombia, native recorded rounds of 86 and 79 to finish alone in 9th place overall after a two-day 23-over-par 165. The 9th place finish is the sophomore's first top 10 finish at North Georgia, while the final round 79 is her second round in the 70's during the Lady Saints fall campaign.

She has led North Georgia in all three events this fall, recording an 81.6 stroke average in six rounds for the women's golf team in their second year of existence.

The Lady Saints return to action next week, traveling to the Birmingham Southern Invitational at Highland Park and Golf Club on October 10-11.
