PRESS CREDENTIALS - Press and photograph credentials are issued to members of the working media only. These credentials may be obtained by contacting Assistant AD for Sports Communications David Beall at 404-513-9272, or by email at jdbeall@northgeorgia.edu. Request should be made 24 hours before the first game of the tournament.


TV STATIONS - Designated areas will be assigned for television stations behind home plate and down the right field line.

POST-GAME SERVICES - Play-by-play, final statistics, and a quotes sheet will be made available approximately 10-15 minutes after the conclusion of each game.


POSTGAME INTERVIEWS - Head coach and student-athletes will be made available for media interviews in the designated media tent located in the right field corner of the baseball field, approximately 100 feet from Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium. Following the NCAA interview policy, there will be a 10-minute "cooling off period" at the conclusion of each contest.

  • The losing coach and a maximum of two selected players MUST report to the interview area 10 minutes after the conclusion of each game.
  • The winning coach and a maximum of two selected players MUST report to the interview area 20 minutes after the conclusion of each game.
  • Each head coach is obligated to conform to the interview room policy, regardless of any commitments to home radio for post-game interviews.
  • Head coach will not be required to conform to the interview area after the first of back-to-back games, but quotes will be obtained in certain cases for media members on site.


MEDIA WORK ROOM - Members of the media will have a media work room made available in the baseball press box located up the hill from the softball stadium. Designated work areas will be alloted in the softball press box for media and SID's during their team's competitions.
